n your new role you will:
S
- heck grammar of trainer scripts and write audio script and training descriptions. V
- **isualize training content w**ith instructional graphics and charts. C
- onduct training recordings in our studio. P
- roduce training using tools like Articulate, Adobe Premiere, TechSmith Camtasia. S
- **upport the realization of webinars ,** including moderation. C
- ollaborate with the digital marketing team to l**everage training content f**or external target groups. S
- uggest program improvements based on learners' data insights and competitive offerings. C
- oaching and mentoring of junior team members.

- as excellent skills in p**rogram management, story boarding a**nd hosting of LIVE and virtual events. Experience with Adobe Premiere and Techsmith Camtasia is beneficial. Y

**ou are best equipped for this role if you have:
A**
- degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Instructional Design, Communication Sciences, or a similar field. M
- inimum of 5** years of relevant work experience i**n Training Development, Marketing, Communication or other roles involving content production, preferably in Technology area. A
- ble to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams to gather input from multiple stakeholders. E
- **xperience coaching others t**o translate complex topics into clear, concise, and compelling content. E
- xperience in creating training with A**rticulate a**nd video editing with A**dobe Premiere and Techsmith Camtasia. S**:

- elf-starter with strong critical thinking skills. E
- xcellent attention to detail and organizational skills. C
- omfortable working with others at all levels of the organization. S
- trong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. S
- trong presentation skills. G
- luent in English (mandatory); knowledge of German is a plus. F
- requent travel to the USA is expected (once per 6-8 weeks), so having a U**S visa is mandatory.** *
