Job Summary
To support our extraordinary teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add a Customer Service Representative located in Guadalajara, North Campus.
Reporting to the CSR Manager, the CSR is responsible for for communicate with customers and deal with customer's inquiries. Responsible to develop and implement the best service.
What a typical day looks like:
- Communicates with customers to resolve problems or issues.
- Responsible for escalating technical and functional matters and completing complaint investigations.
- Monitors status on customer product commitments.
- Order management, planning and shipping.
- Manages production and shipping deadlines.
- Communicates with the internal team using a variety of spreadsheets.
- Communicates with Customer and upper management providing daily updates and running reports.
The experience we’re looking to add to our team:
- BA/BS or equivalent work experience.
- Experience in similar position as CSR.
- English advance (spoken and written).
- Customer Service experience.
- Knowledge in logistics and shipping area.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail
