Customer Success Representative

The Customer Success Representative will play a key role in driving revenue growth, product adoption, and customer satisfaction for DearDoc.
Job SummaryThis is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced sales or revenue-driven customer success professional to join our team. You will be responsible for managing a large book of business, deepening relationships with clients through consistent upsell/cross-sell opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
About the RoleWe are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven individual who can make a challenge into an opportunity. As a Customer Success Representative, you will work closely with various internal teams to push projects through completion in a timely manner. Your strong project management skills, attention to detail, and customer empathy will enable you to ensure successful resolutions and drive revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a large book of business, identifying and closing opportunities for expansion within your portfolio
- Meet and exceed net churn, renewal revenue, and upsell revenue goals
- Drive product/feature adoption through solution-based consultations with customers
- Maintain strict adherence to customer follow-up SLAs and solicit advocacy opportunities (e.g., case studies, testimonials, webinar panelists)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales or a revenue-driven customer success/account management role
- Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Competitive salary range: Base - 35,000 MXN per month plus a Quarterly Bonus
- Unlimited PTO and 11 Paid Holidays
