**Your Mission**:
As a Customer Success Representative, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers achieve their business objectives by leveraging our data center solutions. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, identifying actionable insights, and serving as a trusted advisor. Your goal is to ensure customer satisfaction, retention, and growth.
**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns
- Understand customers' business objectives and challenges to provide tailored solutions
- Analyze customer data and usage patterns to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Provide customers with actionable insights to enhance their data center operations and achieve their goals
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and deliver reports and dashboards that offer valuable insights to customers
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, offering strategic guidance and recommendations
- Proactively communicate best practices and industry trends to help customers maximize the value of their data center investments
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with customers to ensure alignment and address any issues
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers, ensuring a smooth transition and effective utilization of our services
- Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate customers on our data center solutions and features
- Advocate for customers' needs and feedback within the organization to drive continuous improvement
- Work closely with product development, sales, and support teams to ensure customer requirements are met
- Monitor customer satisfaction and engagement levels, taking proactive measures to prevent churn
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities to drive revenue growth and enhance customer value
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
- Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or similar role within the data center or IT industry
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Proficiency in customer relationship management (CRM) software and data analysis tools
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field
**Work Arrangement**:
- Remote - Should be based in Mexico
