**What We're Looking For...**
- L3 **Level Engineer **to join our IT helpdesk support team to provide technical support to end users. _The position is based in Guadalajara, Jalisco Mexico._
- At least 2-5 years experience working in an IT helpdesk role providing technical assistance to remote and on-site end users.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English, patience and customer service skills.
- **This position requires 100% onsite availability.**:

**About the Position**

**Essential Duties & Responsibilities**: _Other duties may be assigned._
- Performs local/remote troubleshooting support through diagnostic techniques and pertinent questions.
- Determines the best solution based on the issue and details provided by customers.
- Develops SOPs based on management/engineering team’s request.
- Creates training manuals and user guides for IT solutions.
- Improves ticket handling efficiency.
- Installs, modifies, repairs, and cleans up computer hardware and software.
- Provides technical assistance and supports related to computer systems, hardware, or software.
- Responds to queries, runs diagnostic programs, isolates problems, and determines and implements solutions.

**Work Schedule**

GDL Office 8:00 am - 5:00 pm CST

**Qualifications**

- Advanced knowledge on Windows Operating Systems
- Administrative experience in Office 365
- Helpdesk support using ticket systems (Remedy, Freshdesk, etc)
- Should possess strong time management skills as well as the ability to multi-task
- Able to communicate in English (written and verbal skills)
- Should have experience utilizing PowerShell scripting

**Education & Experience**
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Information Technologies or in IT related majors.

**Salary**

30,000 to 50,000
