Tu rol consistirá en apoyar las iniciativas de desarrollo mediante la identificación y cultivación de oportunidades de proyectos, colaborando estrechamente con socios clave. Serás responsable de investigar posibles fuentes de colaboracion con diseñadores, preparar propuestas persuasivas, y mantener relaciones sólidas con socios actuales y potenciales. Además, contribuirás al diseño y ejecución de estrategias para la nuevas relaciones, eventos y campañas, asegurando un impacto positivo en la misión y objetivos de la organización. Este rol requiere habilidades analíticas, excelentes capacidades de comunicación y una pasión por contribuir al crecimiento sostenible de la entidad. - Estudios académicos: Se requiere un título universitario en áreas relacionadas con negocios, desarrollo internacional, o disciplinas afines. Se valorará la posesión de estudios adicionales en desarrollo organizacional, recaudación de fondos o campos similares.
- Experiência:Tener al menos 3 años de experiência en roles relacionados con el desarrollo y la relaciones publicas. Experiência previa en la posición de associate o roles similares será altamente considerada.
- Idiomas: Tener inglés avanzado (escrito y hablado) es esencial. Conocimiento de otros idiomas relevantes para el ámbito de desarrollo será valorado.
- Programas que deba dominar: Experiência práctica con plataformas de gestión de relaciones con los socios (CRM) y habilidades avanzadas en Microsoft Office, especialmente Excel y PowerPoint

**Responsabilidades**:

- Coordinación de Búsqueda de Diseñadores y Arquitectos: Liderar la estrategia y ejecución de la búsqueda de talento en diseño y arquitectura, identificando profesionales cualificados y alineados con las necesidades de la organización.
- Cierre Contractual: Supervisar y gestionar el proceso de contratación desde la negociación inicial hasta la firma del contrato, garantizando el cumplimiento de los términos y condiciones acordados.
- Colaborar con el equipo legal para asegurar que los contratos cumplan con las normativas laborales y las políticas internas de la empresa.
- Proporcionar claridad y orientación a los diseñadores y arquitectos en relación con los aspectos contractuales y resolver cualquier consulta o inquietud que puedan tener.
- Manejo de relación a nível Junior con terceros: Establecer y mantener relaciones sólidas con diseñadores y arquitectos a nível junior, siendo el enlace principal para sus necesidades y expectativas.
- Facilitar una comunicación fluida y efectiva para garantizar una experiência positiva en todas las etapas de su colaboración con la empresa.
- Colaborar con otros departamentos internos para asegurar un ambiente de trabajo colaborativo y satisfactorio para los profesionales junior.
- Project Manager con people skills, PR, y trato con proveedores
