**Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Establish and nurture relationships with internal and external stakeholders, conducting regular face-to-face and virtual meetings to gain a deeper understanding of their specific business area and talent needs.

**Qualifications**:
**Additional Requirements**:

- Proven experience in delivering end-to-end recruitment strategies in line with client SLAs.
- Two to three years of experience in talent acquisition or a related role.
- Proficiency in recruitment best practices, including job profiling, sourcing, selection, and assessment.
- A solid understanding of pre-employment vetting procedures, including right-to-work checks.
- Up-to-date knowledge of market intelligence and industry trends, including new technology, recruitment metrics, and legislative changes.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.

- The nature of this role precludes it from consideration for part-time or flexible working arrangements
- Due to the global nature of the team, a degree of flexible working will be required to accommodate different time zones.
