**Requisitos**
- Bachillerato o Lic. Trunca o concluida
- 2 a 3 años de experiência como Service Desk analyst o soporte técnico IT
- Ingles conversacional indispensable
**Experiência**
- Habilidad de resolución de conflictos
- Dar soporte tecnico a clientes
- Solución de problemas y documentación
- Realizar escalaciones
- Trabajos de forma remota
- Disponibilidad de tiempo
- Atender a más de un cliente a la vez
- Contar con buen internet
