**El propósito y Misión**:

Gestionar los proyectos de los servicios contratados y ofrecidos por el área comercial relacionados con los productos de la empresa asegurando la reducción y optimización del time-to-value de los clientes.

- Desarrollar los proyectos piloto del software, realizando las fases de activación, levantamiento, implementación y puesta en marcha.
- Demostrar el valor de Fracttal mediante presentaciones técnicas, alineando las capacidades de Fracttal con los objetivos del cliente así de alguna forma garantizar la retención y el crecimiento de los clientes Fracttal.
- Realizar demostraciones y asesorías técnicas del producto a clientes con el objetivo de capacitar sobre el software.
- Realizar proyectos de onboarding que son derivados por el área comercial y Customer Success.
- Conducir los planes de puesta en marcha remotos.
- Gestionar el contacto y seguimiento de Casos de Éxito con clientes actuales.
- Elaborar y reportar mensualmente el informe de avances de proyectos para la Dirección de Experiência.
- Realizar seguimiento de objetivos de clientes para su completa adaptación con la plataforma.
- Garantizar la retención y el crecimiento de los clientes.
- Realizar auditorías periódicas a clientes estratégicos para evaluar la usabilidad de Fracttal

**Habilidades requeridas**:

- Técnico Superior Universitario / Universitario T.S.U Mantenimiento mecánico/ Ing. Mecánica Industrial / Ing. Civil Industrial / Ing. en computación / Ing. en Sistemas o Informática.
- 3 años de experiência realizando planificación de *mantenimiento y *gestión de proyectos.
- 2 años de experiência en empresas de tecnología.
- 2 años de experiência en el área comercial.
- Gestión de mantenimiento - Avanzado.
- Inglés - Avanzado.
- MS Office - Intermedio.
- CRM - Intermedio
- Intercom - Avanzado
- Conocimiento de herramientas de proyectos.

**Opcionales**:

- Redacción de Informes técnicos.
- Conocimiento plataformas User Journey Avanzado (User Flow, Appcues, WalkMe, user pilot).
