**Descripción del Puesto**:
El Representante de Desarrollo de Negocios para LATAM en Emberi Talent Solutions será responsable de identificar y cultivar relaciones comerciales en la región latinoamericana. El rol implica la generación proactiva de oportunidades de negocio, el establecimiento de contactos estratégicos con clientes potenciales y la promoción de los servicios de reclutamiento de la empresa. El objetivo principal es expandir la cartera de clientes, colaborar con equipos internos y externos para garantizar la satisfacción del cliente y el logro de los objetivos comerciales.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Investigar y comprender el mercado LATAM para identificar oportunidades de negocio. Desarrollar estrategias para alcanzar y superar los objetivos de ventas en la región. Establecer relaciones sólidas con clientes potenciales y actuales.
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo de marketing para ejecutar campañas efectivas. Mantener registros precisos de las interacciones con clientes y reportar métricas de ventas.
**Requisitos**:
- Experiência previa en ventas o desarrollo de negocios, preferiblemente en el sector de recursos humanos o servicios de reclutamiento.
- Conocimiento profundo del mercado y las tendencias empresariales en LATAM. **Habilidades excepcionales de comunicación y negociación.**:
- Capacidad demostrada para trabajar de manera autónoma y en equipo.
