As a **Customer Support,** you will negotiate, and look for new potential clients.
**Some of your responsibilities are but are not limited to**:
- Take check calls from drivers to obtain location updates, ensure they are on time, and identify any possible issues or delays.
- Verify that loads have arrived on time and in good condition.
- Update customer websites with arrivals, departures, delays, etc., as required.
- Update receivers and customers on the status of loads.
- Properly document all of the daily calls as received stating the exact details of the load at the time of each call.

**Minimum requirements**:
- **Studies**: High School Degree.
- **Experience**: at least 1 year of experience in customer service or logistics.
- **Language**: Advanced English skills. C1 or C2 preferred.

- **Schedule**:Monday to Friday 11:30 AM - 8:00 PM
- **Contract**: Indefinite term contract.
- **Places**: Remote México City
- **Salary**: 15.000 MXN + Sunday surcharge
