About the Role

Abb is seeking an experienced Customer Support Director to lead our customer support organization in San Luis Potosi, Mexico. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving strategic planning and operational excellence across our global customer support teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement initiatives to enhance customer service quality and experience
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improvement
  • Lead high-performing customer support teams to resolve customer queries efficiently
  • Manage financial reporting standards, including SOX compliance and data safeguarding
  • Provide daily and monthly reports on backlog, sales, and revenue

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree completed
  • 3+ years of experience in customer service area
  • Fluent English required
  • Availability to travel and valid visa/passport desirable
  • Leadership experience with ability to motivate teams
  • Ability to build customer and partner relationships

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year
