Intake Specialist Description: MUST Speal Fluent English and have dependable high speed internet connection

We are looking for an Intake Specialist to join
our team and welcome clients to our online
travel sales presentation while helping process
them before their scheduled appointments.
This is a fast paced position that includes
greeting potential clients, recording personal
details and verifying eligibility before the clients
appointment. Perfect if you're good with
people, computer savvy and want to work from

home.

**Responsibilities**:
Greet guests with a smile

Gathering guest information and entering into
system
Verify eligibility and time commitment
expectations for each patient
Schedule appointments via Zoom for
consultations, and presentations
**Requirements**:
Welcome clients via ZOOM to the presentation
Complete all admissions requirements enter it
digitally
Familiar and proficient with Zoom platform or
willing to learn fast
Schedule appointments for consultations,
presentation and maintain fun and upbeat
composure -Travel is Fun
Perform minor device and connection troubleshooting as needed for clients
