HR Assistant Manager

**Responsabilidades**:
- Responsable de mejorar la productividad de los empleados de la organización. Desarrolla estrategias de reclutamiento para alcanzar los níveles de dotación de personal requeridos.
- Evalúa las necesidades de desarrollo de toda la propiedad para impulsar iniciativas de capacitación e identifica y organiza soluciones de capacitación adecuadas para los empleados.
- Busca activamente, diseña creativamente e implementa métodos efectivos para educar, mejorar el desempeño y reconocer el desempeño.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en Desarrollo de Capacitación, Recursos Humanos o campo relacionado.
- Se requiere idioma español e inglés (deseable japonés).
- Mínimo 5 años de experiência en el rubro.
- Conocimientos en Ley Laboral Mexicana / Ley Laboral de EE.UU.
- Herramientas de gestión de recursos humanos
