We are in position to offer a great job opportunity to work as a Customer Service Analyst, based in our **Apodaca Plant (Apodaca, Nuevo León, México)**.

As a customer service analyst You will be in charge to plan and coordinate all the sipments to our customers to ship according their releases.

**Your Tasks will be**
- Administration of the demand/forecast (receiving, analysis and confirmation)
- Comunication and assuring to the deliveries to the customer
- Deployment of the customer demand to the internal organizarion
- Generation of shipping plans according to the customer needs
- QAD set up for new customers, for billling and shipping purposes
- Customer demand analysis
- Production plan generation and following up
- Shipping plan generation and following up
- Main contact in the organization for delivery to the customer
- Communication and negotiation with the customers

**To be successful in this role you will need**:

- Bachelor´s Degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, and/or Business Administration
- 3-5 years of experience in similar positions in the Automotive industry
- Customer portals knowledge and management (Covisint)
- Leadership, proactivity, and communicative abilities to assure the cumpliment of the objectives.
- English level advanced
