Estamos buscando el nuevo Manager de Desarrollo de Negocio para crecer nuestro mercado y listo para unirse a nuestro equipo de Contract Logistics
** Tu función**: Prospectar, atraer y desarrollar nuevos clientes por medio de soluciones y propuestas de valor que permitan relaciones contractuales a largo plazo. Asegurar y administrar el correcto desarrollo de las etapas del proceso de venta liderando la alineación de cada una de las áreas funcionales participes de los nuevos proyectos.
** Tus responsabilidades**: 1. Diseñar e implementar la estrategia de la vertical,
2. Prospectar nuevos clientes, gestionar la plataforma CRM, realizar visitas presenciales.
3. Liderar el proceso de negociación y firma de nuevos contratos.
4. Desarrollar propuestas comerciales caracterizadas por su valor agregado y diferenciador V.S la competencia.
5. Presentar propuesta técnica/comercial/económica a los clientes potenciales.
3. Elaborar el plan de negocio, coordinar RFI / RFQ, proceso de Go No Go y la sesiones internas antes de liberar el proyecto.
6. Realizar entrega formal de nuevos proyectos al área de implementaciones.
7. Dar seguimiento a la entrega de servicio ( primeros embarques, gestión para pago, definición de KPI´s con clientes)
8. Mantener la constante busqueda de desarrollo de productos adicionales con los nuevos contratos firmados.
9. Asegurar el cumplimiento de objetivos establecidos de la posición
10. Desarrollar y medir encuestas para aquellos clientes que deciden no asignar el negocio a Kuehne + Nagel.

**EXPERIENCIA + 5 AÑOS**
- Desarrollo de negocio del giro logistico preferentes 3PL, 4PL
- Desarrollo comercial con clientes existentes
- Apertura de nuevo mercados - creatividad
- Negociación contractual con clientes

**Skills: P&L, Habilidad financiera, numérica, habilidad de negociación**
