Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team at WorkBox Mx as a Lead Technologies and Customer Service Specialist. This role will be responsible for providing technical leadership and support to our customers in Mexico and other LATAM countries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the primary point of contact for technical support and guidance for our customers.
  • Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure successful project implementations and deployments.
  • Coordinate and manage technical integrations with customers to meet their business needs.
  • Meet and understand customer demands to deliver tailored solutions.
  • Scope and plan new deployments based on customer requirements.
  • Develop functional specifications for new projects and conduct preliminary technical assessments.
  • Manage and resolve technical incidents and security procedures for customers.
  • Monitor and maintain service performance and integrations.
  • Plan and coordinate implementation schedules and idealize new solutions.

Requirements:

  • Basic skills in Android development and JavaScript.
  • Fluent in English.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
