Key Responsibilities:
- Be the primary point of contact for technical support and guidance for our customers.
- Provide technical leadership and expertise to ensure successful project implementations and deployments.
- Coordinate and manage technical integrations with customers to meet their business needs.
- Meet and understand customer demands to deliver tailored solutions.
- Scope and plan new deployments based on customer requirements.
- Develop functional specifications for new projects and conduct preliminary technical assessments.
- Manage and resolve technical incidents and security procedures for customers.
- Monitor and maintain service performance and integrations.
- Plan and coordinate implementation schedules and idealize new solutions.
Requirements:
- Basic skills in Android development and JavaScript.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
