We are seeking a highly skilled Product Marketing Lead to join our LATAM Product Strategy & Operations team at TikTok. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the success of TikTok's product offerings in Latin America.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of Product Marketing Managers across our brand and performance solutions in SPLA (Spanish Speaking LATAM countries), LATAM
  • Build the communication bridge between in-market and global teams, and lead cross-functional collaboration for product planning and launch with Sales leadership, Product Management, Marketing Science, etc
  • Develop and support the team through setting priorities, unblocking issues, continual feedback, and career development
  • Define and execute the short-term and long-term product strategy for TikTok advertising solutions in LATAM including product positioning, value propositions, areas of growth, and future investment potential for the market
  • Develop and execute market programs, initiatives, and sales enablement activities to increase the adoption of key products and solutions
  • Analyze, evaluate, and synthesize market opportunities, in-market feedback, and customer problems to influence product strategy and roadmaps
  • Monitor, research, and analyze the data of the market by industry, dig up problems and opportunities
  • Act as the voice of the market in the product, synthesize market insights and collaborate with product and global/regional teams to identify solutions
  • Sales enablement and product training
Requirements
  • 5 years of experience in digital advertising or relevant experience with a strong focus on performance/direct response marketing and app marketing with experience positioning products and building product strategy in the market
  • Good understanding of SPLA / LATAM advertising and business landscape
  • Experience leading a team and as a people manager with strong leadership skills, whether with direct team or indirectly with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to motivate team and drive outcomes, unblocking issues where needed
  • Track record of influencing cross-functional teams and collaborating closely across teams
  • Flexible team player who thrives in a fast-paced, often ambiguous, environment
  • A commercial and data-driven mindset, with the ability to use data in storytelling
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and fluency in English and Spanish
