**Inside Sales Advisor**

**Inside Sales Advisor Responsibilities**
- **Leverage Product Knowledge and Consultative Sales Skills**: Demonstrate comprehensive product knowledge and exceptional consultative sales techniques to effectively close sales and consistently meet or exceed sales (enrollment) goals.
- **Pipeline Management**: Efficiently manage and nurture a robust pipeline of customers, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communication in line with the sales contact strategy to maximize conversion rates and sales opportunities.
- **Build and Maintain Relationships**: Develop and nurture relationships with key partners and stakeholders of Envision by WorldStrides, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- **Deliver Exceptional Customer Service**: Provide outstanding customer service to both partners and customers of Envision by WorldStrides. Collect and relay feedback between customers and stakeholders to support continuous business improvement and success.
- **Represent the Brand**: Serve as a passionate ambassador for Envision by WorldStrides, effectively communicating the organization's mission, values, and purpose in all interactions.
**Minimum Qualifications**
- At least 1+ years of sales experience with an emphasis on consultative sale
- Fluent in both English & Spanish
- Exceptional consultative sales skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced English
- Proficient knowledge in MS Office products: Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Ability to learn additional computer products to support business
- Strong keyboarding and computer skills
- Ability to work in professional atmosphere
- Demonstrated initative
- Must be customer oriented and a team player
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Available to work during regular business hours of 8am - 8pm EST, Monday - Sunday unless otherwise specified by Management or Human Resources.
**Preferred Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience
