**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for contacting clients with overdue accounts to secure the settlement of the account.
- Also they do preventive work to avoid future overdues with accounts that have a high exposure.
- The incumbent in this position is responsible for building, developing and strengthening the relationships with Level C decision-makers and a portfolio of over 100 multi-industry clients in the mid-market segment, to maximize the spend penetration by industry and product and bring new volume.
- She/he will be responsible for developing a sound commercial card growth strategy, aligning with the support groups, driving increased levels of client entrenchment, and representing the client´s point of view on critical business decisions.

**Minimum Qualifications**
- In-depth knowledge of Commercial Card Business.
- Financial & Business Acumen.
- Develop and strengthen relationships at all levels of client organization

- Structured methodology for relationship management
- Ability to develop and strengthen business relationships at C-levels.
- Self-motivated and Strong collaboration skills.
- Excellent negotiations and influencing skills.
- Ability to collaborate and influence internally and externally.
- Ability to quickly understand the complexity and nuances of Amex products/processes and resources and resolve for any issue.
- Ability to build and motivate relationship management team.
- Demonstrate effective oral and written presentation and communication skills, with the ability to influence internal and external partners.
- Pipeline management experience.
