**Key Qualifications**:

- 5-7 years of experience in analyzing deployment architectures, troubleshooting, and debugging issues in Oracle Fusion Applications developed using the ADF framework.
- Have a technical degree i.e., BS Computer Science/Management Information Systems/Science/ Engineering/Math/Physics/Chemistry with a 3.0 GPA.
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.

**Supporting Skills**:
In addition to the preferred qualifications, the following skills will be advantageous:

- Hands-on experience with any of the following Oracle products: Oracle WebLogic, Oracle SOA Suite, Enterprise Scheduler Service, Oracle BI Publisher, Oracle UCM, Oracle (Hyperion) Essbase, or Financial Reporting, Oracle VBCS.
- Oracle Cloud Infrastructure Foundations certification or similar certifications are desired.

**Responsibilities**:
As a Principal Support Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include:

- Resolving complex technical problems with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring efficient issue diagnosis and problem resolution for Oracle customers.
- Serving as an effective communicator and negotiator in problem resolution and management.
- Demonstrating the ability to collaborate and work effectively with diverse and globally distributed teams spanning multiple time zones.
- Cultivating a strong desire to learn and staying updated on Oracle Fusion Applications, web technologies, and industry trends.
