We are looking to add a Project Administrator to our team. In this role, you will ensure compliance with standards & processes, and the effective management of systems and tools needed to deliver Customer Success Support and Projects. The Project Administrator is responsible for proactively managing systems & tools which includes troubleshooting and fixing issues as well as coordinating and executing system improvements.

The Project Administrator focuses on continuous improvement and execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard work practices, procedures, and system knowledge. Achieve organizational goals and develop policies, and procedures to drive successful delivery of software delivery support and services to our customers and partners. Establish and refine service delivery and support processes, using lean principles. Collaborate with engineers, marketing, sales, customers, partners, and management teams to execute strategy. Additionally, strong interpersonal, technical and problem-solving skills are a must given the challenging global nature of the workforce you will be engage with.

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Works closely with project managers, support leads, and process leaders providing advice and guidance across the regions to ensure compliance with standards, continuous development of processes, and effective management of budgets and resources - have a deep understanding of the financial data associated with the business. In addition, work with multiple businesses and teams to gather process and system data for integrating into a centralized service and support management system.
- Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated processes. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.

**Basic Qualifications**
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience)
- Proven analytical capabilities, strong process and compliance orientation with demonstrated skills in data management and data visualization.
- Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, in English and Spanish.
- Able to legally work in Mexico. This position can work remotely within Mexico.

**Desired Characteristics**
- Experience in Services & Digital Business Operations
- Project Management Professional Certification preferred
- Strong oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
- Established project management skills.
- Proven experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, or similar).
- Previous experience writing process documentation and facilitating Change Management through conducting training, guiding, coaching, mentoring
- Positive, enthusiastic attitude towards new challenges
- Working knowledge of Lean tools/methods
- Previous experience as a Project Controller/Administrator or aware of PMBOK a plus
