The day-to-day:

- Fully responsible for management of fixed and mobile airtime platform
- Activities may include recording transactions, performing reconciliations, analysis reporting, and follow up with collections
- Control, monitoring and reporting of balances, cash flow, sales, and bank statements daily
- Work with finance and sales group closely to reconcile balances
- Communication with sales, operations, customer care, marketing, and dealers to ensure adequate balances by region
- Application and development of corporate procedures and policies
- Opportunity for further involvement in finance and accounting areas

What you'll need:

- 3+ years’ experience in administration and accounting roles in the Mexican telecommunications, cable television, or broadband services industries
- Knowledge in balance reconciliations, administration of counts, collection, report analysis and general local tax regulations
- Intermediate English (oral and written)
- Microsoft Office experience (Excel, Word, and Outlook)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and focus on accuracy
- Self-starter with ability to work independently while understanding the importance of elevating questions/concerns promptly
- Problem solving and visualization of problems and solutions, critical thinking
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field, with a concentration in Administration, Accounting or Finance
