Team Leader Service Plus
Garantizar la calidad de los trabajos efectuados en taller para reducir incidencias en las unidades de la flota, a través de la coordinación y supervisión de los técnicos y del análisis de información de la flota. Apoyar para que las actividades del taller se vean reflejadas en SAP para no detener el flujo operativo.
- Estamos buscando a un: Team Leader Service Plus
- En esta posición sindicalizada tú serás responsable de:

- Análisis y asignación de las órdenes de trabajo.
- Programación de los planes de mantenimiento y correctivo de acuerdo al tipo de reparación y la disponibilidad de mano de obra, refacciones y personal disponible.
- Mantener actualizado el estatus de las órdenes de servicio mediante la herramienta disponible (tablero físico o electrónico).
- Supervisión y asesoría de los trabajos efectuados por los técnicos.
- Asegurar el análisis de las fallas en unidades y documentación del ITP sobre cada una de ellas (En coordinación con el Técnico A).
- Control de calidad en todas las órdenes de servicio.
- Entrega de unidades.
- Asignación de recursos para ejecutar rescates/atención a incidencias.
- Análisis de las incidencias y desarrollo de acciones preventivas.
- Análisis del ciclo de vida de las refacciones.
- Desarrollo de campañas internas para la flota del asignada.
- Control y cuidado de las herramientas del taller, especiales y equipos.
- Seguimiento de la limpieza, seguridad y orden en el trabajo.
- Administración del plan de desarrollo de los técnicos y su avance de capacitación.
- Mantener la limpieza y orden de las áreas de trabajo, almacén y oficinas; así como la seguridad propia y del equipo de trabajo.
- Actuar siempre en estricto apego con las regulaciones vigentes locales e internacionales aplicables, tales como la Ley de Prácticas Corruptas en el Extranjero (FCPA), el Código de Conducta de Daimler Truck, así como cualquier otra política y procedimiento establecido para Daimler Truck.

- Escolaridad: Carrera Técnica o Preparatoria
- Conocimiento específico:

- Office, manejo de correo electrónico, Internet, Sistemas y aplicaciones específicas al ramo del diagnóstico automotriz.
- Industria automotriz, carga y transporte.
- Conocimiento del mercado local y la competencia.
- Conocimiento del producto, manejo de personal, mecánica automotriz, Electrónica automotriz, planeación de actividades de personal a cargo.
- Experiência: 3 años o más.
