**Join Our Team as a Client Coordinator at Equivity**

**Your Impact**
In this role at Equivity, you'll be responsible for supporting high-performing business brokers and facilitating the sales process from initial listing to deal closure. You will act as a liaison between sellers, buyers, and agents, ensuring smooth communication, timely responses, and the successful completion of transactions.
**What You’ll Do**:
- **
Client Communication**:Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing them with regular updates on listings, potential buyers, and the overall transaction status.
- **Listing Management**: Oversee the entire listing process, including coordinating listing documents, scheduling and conducting recorded interviews with sellers to gather all necessary information, and working with agents to create a comprehensive listing strategy.
- ** Buyer Interaction**: Conduct initial interviews with prospective buyers, filtering and narrowing down the list of serious buyers to optimize deal flow for agents.
- ** Sales Closing Coordination**: Work closely with agents, buyers, sellers, and third parties to manage the escrow and closing process. Ensure all necessary documents are signed and submitted, deadlines are met, and that there is ongoing communication to address any issues that may arise.
- ** Support to Agents**:Provide high-level support to agents by assisting with client inquiries, managing follow-ups, preparing marketing materials, and coordinating communication between all parties involved in a sale.
- ** Sales Assistance and Commissions**: Play a key role in assisting brokers with deal closings and earn commissions for every sale you help complete.
- **Proactive Deal Management**:Ensure all potential offers and inquiries are handled with urgency and professionalism. Anticipate issues before they arise and work quickly to resolve them.
- ** Reporting & Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of each deal, ensure all documentation is completed on time, and update the agents on the status of each transaction.
**What We’re Looking For**:
- 2 years in a client-facing coordination or support role, preferably in a sales-driven environment.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deals, deadlines, and communications simultaneously
- Experience with CRM systems, document management software, and productivity tools (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace).
- Advanced English, both written and verbal.
**What We Offer**:
- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm.
- $18,000 pesos per month
- Unlimited commissions for every sale successfully assisted
