**Descripción**:
Las principales responsabilidades son:

- Ser responsable de actividades dentro de almacén y logística (recepción de mercancías, almacenamiento, preparación de pedidos, embalaje, distribución, gestión de devoluciones, desguace) realizándolas de acuerdo con las guías locales y nacionales y las mejores prácticas.
- Gestionar el control de las existencias y controlar los documentos de entrega, facturación y devolución.
- Documentar, actualizar y aplicar los procedimientos de todos los almacenes y funciones logísticas.
- Gestionar de manera eficaz el día a día la operación del almacén y la logística. Así como optimizar tiempo y recursos con capacidad para priorizar la carga de trabajo y ser flexible.
- Comunicar y hacer un seguimiento eficaz y rápido de todos los asuntos pendientes relacionados con la cadena de suministro. Comunicar las necesidades y los objetivos a los directores de línea y al personal clave de compras, desarrollo/fabricación, logística y distribución.
- Fungir como contacto y responsable del correcto funcionamiento de los sistemas internos de cuentas por cobrar (SAP, Otros).

**Perfil buscado (Hombre / Mujer)**:
Licenciatura en Ingeniería Industrial, Comercio exterior, Negocios Internacionales o carrera afín. Experiência mínima de 3 años ya como coordinador de Customer Service. Indispensable trayectoria en seguimiento de pedidos y entregas, trato con operador(es) logístico(s). Atención a detalle, servicio a cliente, comunicación asertiva, proactividad. Manejo y conocimiento de SAP.
