Funciones:
1. Gestionar Solicitudes entrantes y consulta de mesa de ayuda
2. Identificar y evaluar necesidades de los clientes
3. Crear relaciones sostenibles y de confianza con las cuentas de clientes
4. Atender a quejas, y ofrecer soluciones, así como alternativas adecuadas dentro de plazos, y realizar el seguimiento para garantizar la solución.
5. Generación de tickets de servicio mediante Zoho
6. Asignación de tickets en base a carga de trabajo, tipo de tecnología, y severidad de incidente
7. Monitoreo y Seguimiento de cada ticket hasta solucion
8. Actualización de BD de clientes y contratos
9. Actualización y mejoras de herramientas de Zoho
.
Salario: $10,000 pesos libres al mes + Bono trimestral en base a puntualidad, atención y seguimiento + Prestaciones de ley
Horario: Lunes a Viernes de 8:30 a 6:30
Zona: Monterrey (sur) cerca de Soriana Contry
