In our company, dedicated to the provision of 3PL services, logistics, and customs solutions + VMI, we are experiencing constant growth. Therefore, we are looking for an exceptional Business Development-Sales Executive to join our team.
As a
**Business Development-Sales Executive**, you will be responsible for driving our growth through the identification of business opportunities, the establishment of strong relationships with key clients, and the negotiation of strategic agreements. Your ability to understand customer needs and come up with innovative solutions will be key to your success in this exciting role.
**Responsibilities**:
- Research and strategically identify new business opportunities, new markets, trends, growth areas, clients, and partnerships;
- Prospecting of potential clients in the Mexican and international markets;
- Present and promote our 3PL, logistics, and customs services effectively;
- Track sales, negotiate contracts, and close commercial agreements;
- Foster and maintain a close relationship with the client, to identify and satisfy their requirements, generating growth opportunities;
- Make forecasts, sales analysis, and KPIs to follow up on objectives;
- Collaborate closely with the internal team to ensure the correct execution of the services sold;
- Keep abreast of trends and changes in the logistics field;
- Attend and promote events of associations, chambers, and exhibitions.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in International Business or related (preferred);
- Proven experience as a seller in the field of 3PL services, logistics, and customs, supply chain, and storage;
- In-depth knowledge of the logistics and customs market in Mexico;
- Ability to generate new business opportunities and close successful sales;
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
- Customer orientation and ability to build solid relationships;
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment;
- Experience in CRM management (preferred);
- Availability to travel.

Como
**Ejecutivo de Desarrollo de Negocios-Ventas**, serás responsable de impulsar nuestro crecimiento a través de la identificación de oportunidades comerciales, el establecimiento de relaciones sólidas con clientes clave y la negociación de acuerdos estratégicos. Tu capacidad para comprender las necesidades del cliente y presentar soluciones innovadoras será clave para alcanzar el éxito en este emocionante rol.
**Responsabilidades**:
- Investigar e identificar estratégicamente nuevas oportunidades de negocio, nuevos mercados, tendencias, áreas de crecimiento, clientes y asociaciones;
- Prospección de clientes potenciales en el mercado mexicano e internacional;
- Presentar y promocionar nuestros servicios 3PL, logísticos y aduanales de manera efectiva;
- Realizar seguimiento de ventas, negociar contratos y cerrar acuerdos comerciales;
- Fomentar y mantener una relación cercana con el cliente, para identificar y satisfacer sus requerimientos, generando oportunidades de crecimiento;
- Realizar pronósticos, análisis de ventas y KPI’s para seguimiento a objetivos;
- Colaborar estrechamente con el equipo interno para garantizar la correcta ejecución de los servicios vendidos;
- Mantenerse al tanto de las tendencias y cambios en el ámbito logístico;
- Asistir y promover en eventos de asociaciones, cámaras y exposiciones.
**Requisitos**:
- Licenciatura en Negocios internacionales o afín (preferente);
- Experiência comprobada como vendedor en el ámbito de servicios 3PL, logísticos y aduanales, cadena de suministro, almacenaje;
- Conocimiento profundo del mercado logístico y aduanal en México;
- Capacidad para generar nuevas oportunidades de negocio y cerrar ventas exito
