**Responsibilities and Impact**:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets, driving growth and market expansion.
Lead and mentor a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration to maximize team performance and drive results.
Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with clients, positioning S&P Global Market Intelligence as a trusted partner.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product development initiatives, ensuring competitive edge and innovation.
Represent S&P Global Market Intelligence at industry events and client meetings, promoting our solutions and generating leads for consistent business growth and expansion.
Provide regular reports and performance metrics to senior management, showcasing the impact of sales initiatives and contributing to strategic decision-making and company success.

**What We’re Looking For**:
**Basic Required Qualifications**:
Bachelor’s degree (Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field preferred); MBA is a plus.
Bilingual in both English and Spanish or Portuguese, preferably trilingual.
Proven track record of success in sales, with at least 6 years work experience commercial in financial services industry.
Strong leadership abilities with experience leading and developing high-performing teams

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with ability to analyze data, identify trends, and develop actionable insights.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to travel as needed.
