Team Overview:
This role will be responsible for supporting and enabling the business strategies for DiDi Mobility in Latam America. You will work closely with the different business leaders across Operation, Marketing, Product and Headquarter teams to analyze markets, player’s trends, business models, and offer recommendations / structure plans for critical business decisions to upper management.

Role Responsibilities:

- Develop in-depth country-level market analysis, incl. regulation change and forecast, competitive landscape, customer/product insight, etc;
- Guide business leaders and teams to build up a differentiated and sustainable value proposition;
- Lead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives;
- Influenece key stakeholders across product, operational, functional teams and headquarter to drive towards an aligned winning strategy;
- Support OKR setting, OKR breakdown, tracking, and analysis

Role Qualifications:

- Fluent in English & Spanish;
- 3-5 years of experience in management consulting, invesetment banking, business administration, or strategic planning;
- Strong data-driven and analytical mindset to drive key decision makings during strategy setting and key initatives execution;
- Strong communication skills, ability to generate empathy with business stakeholders and manage effective collaborations with cross-functional teams;
- Have a big picture business understanding, embrace change, have curiosity, problem solving mindset, strong organization, independent, self-starter and ability to multi-task;
- Potential location base (with occasional business travel): Mexico City, Monetary, Guadalajara, Bogota, San Jose, Santiago
