Key Responsibilities- Develop and Communicate Strategic Framework: Develop and communicate the overall strategic framework for the business, including setting goals and objectives, and ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
- Financial Analysis and Planning: Conduct financial analysis to support decision making at senior levels, as well as to support external disclosures. Develop and maintain an intimate knowledge of Patrimonial financials.
- Business Performance Improvement: Develop initiatives to drive and improve business performance, including financial modeling, profitability analysis, and preparation of business cases to ensure commercial viability and alignment of business strategy.
- Leadership and Collaboration: Work closely with Finance, Commercial Strategy, and other key partners from Citi to build correct synergies across segments, liaisons with functional and business areas to ensure alignment of business strategy. Interact with all commercial structure to translate strategic business goals into individual objectives for all sales positions at all levels.
- Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop and implement business plans for every banker and branch, and assure its alignment with corporate goals and KPIs, in coordination with commercial strategy area and sales directors.
- Experience: 6-10 years of experience in a related field, with a strong background in business strategy and planning.
- Education: Bachelor's/University degree, Master's degree preferred.
- Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a strong understanding of business strategy and planning principles.
