**Responsibilities**:

Responsible for making calls to different service providers in the United States, to process payments on behalf of customers.
- ** **Must be able to fluently carry a conversation in English, answer questions, and document the results of each call.
- ** **Outbound calls regarding collections and payment process.
- ** **Follow up on incidents from the time it is reported until successful closure document ticket status and follow up.
- ** **Register all cases, inquiries, and calls in the tracking tool.**

**Qualifications we seek in you***:Minimum Qualifications / Skills**
Previous experience in Customer Service. / Advanced English
- ** **Schedule availability.
- ** **Be a team player with problem-solving attitude**
