Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Support Associate to join our team at Speed Fc/Cart. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and ensuring timely resolution of customer inquiries.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for providing accurate and helpful responses to customers via phone, email, or chat, as well as escalating complex issues to senior colleagues when necessary.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

Location

We are located in Querétaro, Qro., Mexico, and require candidates to relocate to this location prior to starting work. The position involves an 8-hour shift, working 48 hours a week, with one rest day per week. In-site position required.
