**This is an opportunity for the modern day Talent Acquisition Specialist to help shape our highly productive teams. The talent you engage, attract and recruit to Aptiv are forward-thinking individuals driven to address our industry’s toughest challenges. If you define yourself as a marketer who is data-driven, strategic, social, technological and creative, then this recruiting role could be for you.

**Responsibilities:
- Be the strategic, go-to resource for all things Talent Acquisition related.
- Partner with hiring managers to assess talent requirements and execute strategies to build high-performance teams.
- Be knowledgeable about Aptiv’s business and teams, and attend product team meetings and function as a member of assigned technical teams. Embed yourself.
- Partner with HR partners, hiring managers and leaders on workforce planning.
- Source and hire for a variety of functional areas with a special focus on engineering.
- Lead calibration meetings with market intelligence and drive decision making after onsite interviews, guide hiring teams to make the right decisions.
- Keep all business partners up to speed on recruitment progress through scheduled meetings and reporting.

**Must Haves (Basic Qualifications)
- You have 5+ years of experience in recruiting, preferably technical
- You have a relevant bachelor’s degree
- You have 2+ years of experience working with a modern ATS

**Nice to Haves (Preferred Qualifications)
- Sourcing
- You are a marketer at heart, publishing relevant information to help attract talent
- You are an expert in sourcing technical talent
- You have deep expertise of how to source using your network, employee referrals, LinkedIn & others
- You get how to find, attract and close talent

**Market Insights**
- You have intimate knowledge of target companies, talent supply vs. demand, location/relocation selling points, local networking events and outreach opportunities through professional associations
- You understand how to use this information to your and the company’s advantage

**ATS**
- You understand how to navigate platforms, tools and technologies in order to maximize them
- You lead with data and practice a data mindset - data integrity & accuracy is a must
- You have experience with any modern ATS, preferably Workday Recruit
- You have experience driving EEOC compliance

**Business Acumen**
- You own your book-of-business - personal accountability is wildly import on to you
- You know how to turn your hiring managers into recruiters
- You can interact and build trust with all levels of the organization
- You get how to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
