**Cuentas con la escolaridad en**:
Licenciatura o Ingeniería Industrial, Logística ,relaciones internacionales, comercio exterior o afín.

**Tienes experiência como**:Abastecimiento, Comercial, Planeación y retorno, estrategia de operación, etc.

**Posees las Habilidades de**:
.Relaciones Efectivas con el Cliente, Numéricas, ventas, liderazgo, vision estrategica, etc.

**Tienes Conocimiento en**:
Abastecimiento, Comercial, planeacion de entrega y retorno, operacion de distribucion,
Análisis de rentabilidad, Oracle, Excel.

**El reto consiste en**:

- Gestiona quejas y reclamaciones del cliente, dándoles seguimiento para asegurar una solución y una respuesta clara y oportuna.
- Detecta áreas de oportunidad en los servicios ofrecidos a los clientes.
- Participa y facilita las condiciones para la firma / renovación de contrato / tarifas, coordinando a las partes involucradas (cliente, comercial, operación y soluciones).
- Revisa y coordina proyectos de ahorro e iniciativas solicitadas por el cliente.
- Mantiene comunicado al cliente sobre los resultados de los proyectos e iniciativas de ahorro, así como de los indicadores de servicio acordados.
- Concilia* y gestiona pagos entre el cliente y la operación.
- Participa en la definición
- y ejecución de proyectos de nuevas soluciones para asegurar la alineación a las necesidades del cliente y la operación.
