About the position

You like to help people, you have realized that daily work needs to be supported, that there are a million tiny details that make others’ work possible, and that technology is the tool for all tools. We are looking for an IT Help Desk to join our engineering team and work closely with the Operations/Product team.

You will be a perfect fit if you have an IT support background, hands-on experience in resolving user problems, and your career path is focused on growing towards a SysOps role.

To succeed in this position, you should have analytical problem-solving skills, a strong sense of ownership, and be proactive.

**Responsibilities**:

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical requests and tickets.
- Define procedures and identify and suggest possible improvements to the existing ones.
- Maintain technical documentation and provide information when needed.
- Manage user roles and permissions, focusing on security.
- Manage the lifecycle of users ensuring traceability
- Collaborate with infrastructure automation tasks.
**Requirements**:

- Working experience as an IT Help Desk.
- Comfortable with ticketing systems.
- Comfortable with documenting processes.
- Basic Linux knowledge.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
