We are seeking a dedicated French Service Desk Technician to enhance our IT support team at Agile Global Solutions. This role is responsible for providing high-quality IT support services in French and English, ensuring efficient troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly to incoming service desk queries related to hardware, software, and network issues in both French and English.
  • Accurately document all issues and resolutions in the service desk ticketing system, adhering to best practices in ITIL.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional IT teams to ensure timely resolution of technical problems, enhancing the overall service desk performance.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Fluency in French and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills for effective service desk interactions.
  • Proven experience in IT support, specifically within a service desk environment.
  • Familiarity with ITIL frameworks and best practices for service desk management.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills for Windows, Mac, and network issues, ensuring quick resolution in a service desk setting.
