Technical IT Support Specialist

Azka It Consulting, a prominent IT consulting firm in Mexico, seeks to connect top talent with leading Latin American and US companies.
We are currently looking for an exceptional **IT Service Desk Agent - Portuguese** candidate.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for all activities related to the IT Service Desk, including but not limited to answering calls, monitoring tickets, resolving issues remotely within established guidelines, and seeking assistance when necessary.
Key Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree in engineering (IT or industrial).
Fluent spoken and written English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
At least 2 years of experience in a service/customer service desk position.
A basic understanding of IT principles and ticket handling.
Basic knowledge of a ticketing system, preferably BMC.
Excellent communication skills.
A customer-focused and results-oriented approach.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Availability to work shifts and weekends.
A responsible and organized individual.
A logical thinker.
A passion for learning new concepts, technologies, and processes.
Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year
Benefits:
Hibrido schedule: 1 week in office and 2 weeks working from home.
