Genuine Property Management is a rapidly growing, very fast-paced company based in Costa Mesa, California. We are looking for an administrative assistant for our continuously expanding maintenance department. Currently we have over 600 properties under management and are growing to 700 by the end of the year. Our company culture is professional yet casual, upbeat, and fun with opportunities for internal advancement.
OVERVIEW
**REQUIREMENTS**:
- Have the proper computer, phone, reliable internet, and other office needs
- Fluent in both Spanish and English
- You have a high school diploma or college degree
- Well versed in computers such as Outlook, Excel, Word, etc.
- Follow processes and procedures closely (and make suggestions to improve current procedures)
- Have good writing and communication skills
- Be energetic, have a hard work ethic, be cool under pressure (as it’s a busy environment), have a positive attitude, work well with others, be comfortable multi-tasking, be comfortable discussing challenges and issues with team, tenants, and landlords.
COMPENSATION
Compensation is $20,000 pesos per month ($1,200 USD) monthly salary
