**Role: House Manager/Personal Assistant**
**Location: Mexico City & Houston, Texas**
**Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 + Benefits DOE**

We are looking for an excellent House Manager/PA to support a UHNW Client in Mexico City. You must have experience working within a similar role for a UHNW or High Profile Client.

You will be extremely energetic, professional, and proactive while managing the client's day-to-day schedule, household, and social calendar. House Management experience is essential as you will ensure the residences are in pristine condition and working order. You must also be able to work in a team environment and schedule staffing rotas and schedules.

You will be experienced in managing staff and properties in multiple locations and used to travel on short notice. The client has properties in the US and Mexico, accommodation will be provided when away from home location.
You will be confident in managing multiple staff members, and service providers around the properties for upkeep and maintenance.

You will be very flexible, confident but discreet, and respectful to the client's personal life. You will also be managing the household teams and ensuring everything is in running order. Common duties include running errands, making appointments, coordinating travel, handling household billing, maintaining cars, buying gifts on their employers' behalf, property management, staff management, and more.

The salary offered is between $70,000 - $100,000 per annum based on previous experience and qualifications, with additional benefits to be discussed at the offer stage. Accommodation will be provided when traveling to other properties.

**Requirements**:

- Making reservations for meetings/events at appropriate restaurants and venues
- Producing travel itineraries, including all required documentation
- Managing budgets and expenses
- Liaising with the companies and contacts on the principal’s behalf
- Managing large projects and home renovations
- Extensive diary and social calendar management
- Preparing corporate documents
- Maintaining strict confidentiality
- Organising the staff rotas and weekly schedule
- Household management, including administration about running a household
- To undertake personal projects as may be directed by the Principals.
- Liaise with accountants on invoices and tax-related matters
- Engaging and overseeing outside contractors, service providers, and suppliers
- Implementation and development of systems and processes inside the houses
- Oversee construction projects and liaise with project managers and designers
- Conduct performance management reviews
- Sustaining a level of professionalism among staff
- Co-ordinating the principal’s travel, hotel arrangements and flights, etc
- Common duties include running errands, making appointments, coordinating travel, handling household billing, maintaining cars, and buying gifts on their employers' behalf
- Booking all appointments
- Errand running and shopping for the principal
- Have 5 + years of experience as a Personal Assistant or House Manager for UHNW clients or Family Offices
- Have excellent and contactable references
- Speak Spanish & English fluently
- Well-organised with excellent attention to detail
- Be able to drive
