**Objetivo**:
Ser el principal contacto con el cliente para resolver problemas, dudas, etc, de manera proactiva asegurando su satisfacción creando relaciones solidas y a largo plazo.
**Funciones**:
- Gestionar renovaciones e identificar oportunidades de upselling para aumentar el valor del cliente.
- Brindar el correcto onboarding al cliente garantizando que se perciba el valor real de nuestra herramienta para asegurar el éxito y cumplimiento de sus objetivos.
- Analizar comportamiento de los clientes para identificar amenazas de abandono y desarrollar e implementar estrategias para mitigarlas.
- Funcionar como la voz del cliente de manera interna para entender sus necesidades y expectativas identificando oportunidades de mejora.
**Experiência**:
- Licenciatura en adminitración de empreas, mercadotecnia o afín, sexo indistinto, de 25 a 35 años de edad.
- Experiência previa en roles de éxito del cliente, ventas o gestión de cuentas.
- Orientado a resultados, proactivo, aprendizaje constante, creativo, inglés intermedio.
- Excelentes habilidades de comunicación verbal y escrita, con una orientación hacia la resolución de problemas y la satisfacción del cliente.
- Manejo de CRM, paquetería Office
**Ofrecemos**:
