Job Summary:
**Duties**:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and trends.
- Lead negotiations with potential clients to secure profitable contracts.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop customized solutions for clients.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM software to track leads and opportunities.
- Manage projects from inception to completion ensuring client satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
**Experience**:
- Proven experience in business development, preferably in the software industry.
- Strong understanding of strategic planning and negotiation techniques.
- Proficiency in sales techniques and customer relationship management.
- Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools is a plus.
- Excellent project management skills to drive initiatives forward.
**Job Type**: Contract
Pay: $60,899.64 - $73,341.50 per year
