**Job Overview**:
This position requires an individual who has superior organizational and prioritization skills; understands the necessity for confidentiality and professionalism at all times; has experience working in fast
- paced environments and is able to consistently deliver in a high-volume environment while remaining organized and calm under pressure.

**This is a hybrid role that requires 2 days per week in the office. There is no option to work fully remote.**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist the team’s recruiting efforts in the U.S, Canada, Brazil and Mexico City.
- Coordinate a high volume of interviews and logistics, including office visits, zoom calls, and internal meetings.
- Post and maintain job openings in our applicant tracking system and internal and external career sites.
- Update and maintain trackers reflecting interview schedules and status.
- Collect and track interviewer feedback.
- Generate offer letters and collect new hire paperwork.
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned.

**Experience Required**:

- Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 1-2 years of work experience.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus (Workday)
- Experience in a global corporate organization is a plus.
