Customer Service with Back Office

We are looking for a Customer Service with Back Office for a TEMPORARY period to support the following activities:

- Prepare and distribute meeting materials for board members and homeowners.
- Data entry of portal registration for new HOAs and homeowners, vendor management, and uploading documentation to different sources.
- Coding and uploading vendors' invoices in the system.
- Work with internal departments to meet customers' needs.
- Run periodic reports according to the company’s needs.
- Prepare community's annual calendar.
- Follow up on scheduled works orders and documentation of them in the system.

**Work schedule**

Monday to Friday, from 7:00 to 16:00 CST

**Requirements**:

- MUST: Advanced English (Strong communication skills: writing and speaking)
- MUST: Previous experience in Customer Service and/or Admin work.
- MS Office 365
