Currently we are looking for our next:
**MKT RESEARCH ASSOC ANALYST**

**Which is the main objective of this role?**
- Follow up & support specific tasks of different MKT research studies, working closely with the brands/ agencies to accomplish the objectives of each project.
- Conducts efficiently the research agenda aligned to the objectives of BU Managers to ensure they have the correct market information for decision making.
- Gathers and analyses data to identify facts that enable him/ her to generate hypothesis and business questions that will lead to find meaningful insights for her/his BU clients
- Perform as a reliable partner for the BU in a daily basis providing data and an insights point of view to ensure relevance of initiatives with consumers.
- Create synergies between market and shopper teams to have a better business understanding, delivering integrated solutions, recommendations and POV
- Has the ability to identify the key business question in every request that gets to him/her, by clearly articulating the main objective to pursue in each research study

**What will you be doing?**
- Support on a specific task on each project i.e., aligning the proposal, material, and deliverables with the brief; additional the new resource has the responsibility of accomplish timings of each project and assuring no deviations
- Presenting the results of specific studies to internal clients
- Support ad-hoc analysis that includes desk research/ learning from previous studies
- Follow up of project request

Qualifications:
**Who are we looking for?**
- Interested in Consumer/ shopper/ market insights function
- Bachelor's degree (business, engineer, administration, economist)
- 1-2 years previous experience in Marketing Research Agencies or Insights Areas in other companies
- Knowledge of different qualitative & quantitative methodology
- Advanced proficiency in English (mandatory)
- Good communication skills (oral and written) in order to effectively communicate with managers and associates. Intellectual curiosity, proactive, works diligently, structured and organized. Shows leadership skills with the ability to influence and negotiate
- Shows curiosity and the ability to connect information from different sources to generate hypothesis.
- Ability to identify key and concrete conclusions by analyzing different variables
