**Job Title: Executive and Operations Assistant **(100% Remote)

**Job Overview**

Our client is a leading, fast-growing boutique strategy consulting firm based in the USA, with global clients.

They are looking for an **assistant to their Founding Partner** to work on a variety of tasks, such as:

- **Personal & Executive Assistant** (e.g. researching/recommending restaurants, planning travel)
- **Company Operations, HR** **and Sales/Marketing Support** (e.g. preparing simple tax forms, tracking / responding to job applicants, planning team events, managing our CRM, suggesting ways to improve our company processes, performance, employee on-boarding and marketing)
- **Business Research & Analysis** (e.g. researching clients / companies / industries for business development outreach)Potential to work on client-facing projects as well, depending on your skills and interest: this can include analyzing data in Excel and helping to create PowerPoint presentations for clients

- **Outstanding written skills in English** for business communication (you will represent our firm to the outside world); **French** (oral/written) is a significant plus

- **Ability to have at least ~2 working hours per day** of overlap with US Pacific Time working hours (ideally 4-6 pm US Pacific Time, but can be flexible)

- $1400/month
