As a Business Development Manager at QIMA, your primary responsibilities will include:
- _ Client Portfolio Management:_ Develop and manage your own client portfolio, typically consisting of companies involved in the import and export of consumer goods globally.
- _ Prospect Acquisition: _Utilize various methods such as cold calling, networking, referrals, and participating in fairs and exhibitions to identify and acquire new clients.
- _ Client Relationship:_ Nurture prospective clients, maintain consistent and open communication, and successfully close deals.
- _ Upselling Services: _Promote additional services to existing clients to ensure they leverage the solutions provided by QIMA optimally.
- _ Collaboration:_ Work in synergy with the Operations and Marketing Teams to drive large-scale projects and increase market awareness.
- _ Market Analysis:_ Analyze market trends, establish competitive advantages, and monitor metrics to ensure effective use of analytics in achieving ambitious sales targets.
- The talent recruited will report directly to the Sales Manager._
**Qualifications** WHAT IS THE IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE?**
- Proficiency in** B2B** sales with a minimum experience of 1 year.
- A solid command over the **English **language.
- Exceptional **communication **skills with a knack for building diverse stakeholder relationships.
- ** Self-motivate**d individual with the ability to manage schedules autonomously and to effectively delegate and guide internal teams.
- ** Proven track record in sales**, with a talent for identifying and developing new business opportunities as well as managing a client portfolio.
- Remarkable** negotiation skills**, with an ability to effectively interact in various cultural scenarios.

**Additional Information** Benefits**
- Monthly gross** base salary** $15,000 MXN (After 3 months, the base salary is adjusted to $20,000 MXN per month)
