**Responsibilities**:

- Deal promptly and efficiently with user inquiries and complaints via multiple communication channels.
- Provide excellent customer service and a positive experience for users of our service.
- Investigate and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Facilitate communication between customers, restaurants, and vendors.
- Manage delivery updates and provide live updates on special requests and changes to user orders.
- Report on delivery progress and restaurant performance metrics to management.

**Requirements**:

- Perfect or Excellent English (Spoken and Written) is mandatory
- Ability to communicate effectively and professionally with customers, vendors, and colleagues.
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and a desire to learn and grow.
- Ability to work flexible hours.
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage.
