Role Description
Sales Development Representative (SDR) – Cold Calling Focus
Location: Remote
Type: Contract
About the Role
We’re running a focused outbound motion for a B2B SaaS client to validate cold calling as a scalable acquisition channel.
This is a phone-first role. You will spend a minimum of 6 hours per day actively dialing and talking to prospects. This is non-negotiable.
The objective is clear: consistently generate qualified sales conversations and 3–5 meetings per week with senior decision-makers.
If you don’t like being on the phone most of the day, this is not the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Minimum 6 hours/day of dialing + live conversations
- ~300 outbound calls per day to targeted B2B SaaS accounts
- Speak directly with Heads of Marketing, Growth, Revenue, and Demand Gen
- Run structured but natural discovery conversations
- Book 3–5 qualified meetings per week
- Share weekly feedback on:
- Messaging and call scripts
- ICP quality
- Objections and buying signals
Who This Is For

This role is NOT:
- An inbound SDR role
- A full-cycle AE role
- A “meetings at any cost” spam job
How Success Is Measured
- Minimum 6 hours/day of dialing + talk time
- 3–5 qualified meetings booked per week
- Quality of conversations and ICP insights
- Consistency and discipline on execution
Engagement Details
- Initial 3-month pilot

- Weekly reporting and iteration
- Strong performance = extension or expanded role
