Junior Recruiter

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter to join our team and support hiring across multiple roles. This is an entry-level position, ideal for fresh graduates or junior recruiters from RPO / staffing agencies who want to build a strong foundation in end-to-end recruitment.
Note: This role is not for senior recruiters. We’re looking for someone eager to learn, execute, and grow.
What You’ll Do
- Source and screen candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and referrals
- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements
- Conduct initial candidate screenings (phone/video)
- Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and interviewers
- Maintain accurate candidate data in ATS or tracking sheets
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience
- Support offer rollout and joining coordination
- Meet daily/weekly sourcing and screening targets
Who We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) OR experience in an RPO / staffing environment
- 0–2 years of recruitment experience
- Basic understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience in RPO or staffing agencies
- Familiarity with job portals (LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of ATS or recruitment tracking tools
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills
